1. Student Representation, Awareness & Explicit Consent

The Partner covenants, warrants, and solemnly represents that all prospective student profiles, academic qualifications, contact details, identity documents, and application submissions transmitted to Studyfiner are provided with the student's explicit knowledge, full awareness, and voluntary written consent. The Partner shall operate under strict data protection compliance (GDPR & international privacy laws) and assumes full accountability for lawful representation.

2. Commission Eligibility & 3-to-6 Month Intake Verification Window

Referral commission is earned solely upon a student's full unconditional enrollment, physical arrival/commencement of academic studies, and settlement of requisite university tuition fees. The Partner expressly acknowledges that official university confirmation, reconciliation audits, and institutional funding cycles require a processing period of three (3) to six (6) months following the student's intake start date. Studyfiner disburses partner commission allocations promptly upon receiving verified institutional remittances.

3. Professional Conduct & Prohibition of Unauthorized Fees

The Partner agrees to maintain the highest standard of counseling integrity, providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date entry requirement and visa guidance. Under no circumstances shall the Partner solicit, charge, or accept unauthorized application, processing, or visa assistance fees from students under the name or affiliation of Studyfiner or partner universities.

4. Verification, Commission Model Assignment & Compliance Approval

Submission of this digital application does not constitute automatic activation. Partner accounts remain in Pending Compliance Review until the authorized representative passport, agency legitimacy, and signed agreement are vetted by Studyfiner Administration. Studyfiner reserves the exclusive administrative right to approve, assign, or adjust the Partner Tier (Regular £150 / Premium £500 / Custom terms) and portal privileges upon review.

5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Zero Third-Party Disclosure

The Partner agrees that all student identity documents (passports, national IDs), academic certificates, test reports, and financial proofs are strictly confidential. Under no circumstances shall the Partner disclose, share, distribute, or sell any student data or documentation to any third party or unauthorized entity. Breach of student confidentiality will lead to immediate partner account termination, forfeiture of commissions, and potential legal action under applicable data privacy laws.
